UAB “Consena” planners make heat production projects, design various types of boiler-rooms for both individual use and boiler plants for industrial use, including heating supply networks, such as local heat supply networks and large heat supply systems for city quarters, e.g. Šiauliai, Mažeikiai, Raseiniai heat supply networks or residential quarters. The certified specialists of UAB “Consena” carry out the planning of electro-technical, automation, water-supply and sewerage systems as well as implement the heating-cooling part of the projects. The certified architects of the company realise planning works, starting with residential houses and finishing with large buildings of industrial and public purpose. Worth to mention are such objects of the Department of Cultural Heritage Protection as reconstruction projects of railway stations in Plungė, Šilutė, Pilviškės, Jonava as well as buildings of the Ministry of National Defence in Totorių Street, etc. Based on project solutions prepared by the planners of UAB “Consena”, the square of Klaipėda Railway Station and passenger platforms have already been reconstructed.
